Our lightsabers are handmade products made with care and need 3-5 days after the order is placed to make and assemble your order. (It may take more (or less) time depending on material availability, holidays, etc.)
Your order will be shipped after completion.
Order tracking information will be emailed to you once the item has been shipped.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and are also affected by external factors such as flight schedules and weather conditions.
In most cases, the delivery time for parcels sent to the United States is within 7-10 working days,
Parcel delivery time to European countries will be affected by customs clearance, delivery will be extended to 20-30 working days

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages or packages sent to the incorrect address entered at the checkout by the customer. You can file a claim with the relevant delivery service.
