Return and Refund policy

Order Cancellation:
Please inform us within 24hr to cancel your order (Cancellation time does not apply to weekends and holidays).
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

14-Day Returns Guarantee
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the returned item arrives at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • For quality-related warranty claims, we will refund the cost of purchasing the product itself (Not including the shipping cost).
  • Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
  • For quality-related issues (In 14-day), please reach out to to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
If your return is accepted, you’ll have to send your item back at your own cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • More than 90 days but still within the 1-year warranty period
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process)
Refunds Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty Policy
We are now providing a 1-year limited warranty for any failures resulting from defective craftsmanship. If your saber, electronics, or blade is damaged or broken within 1 year of purchase due to normal use, we will replace or repair it, free of charge. This covers absolutely everything — the electronics inside the hilt, the hilt itself, and even the blade. (This warranty does not cover any failures or damages due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear).
Please Note:  the return shipping costs are not covered under warranty.
